Since the online process consists of one simple form and automatic lender approval, it is quite easy to complete the process in minutes. Once you've filled out our loan request form you will then be matched with a lender from the network within 3 minutes. What if I have bad credit?
Don't worry if you have a poor credit history, lenders aim to give everybody a chance to get a loan online. While your credit is taken in to account and they will never promise no credit check, you will still be considered and bad credit may not be the deciding factor. They will often rely on other factors such as your income, how much you want to borrow and how long you wish to have the loan.
What if I'm not matched to a lender?
While it's very unlikely that you won't be matched with or approved by a lender, you can always reapply for another loan if your circumstances change in the future. Remember that you must meet the basic requirements and be able to prove the information you provide if asked.
How old do I need to be to take out a loan?
You must be at least 18 years of age if you want to take out a loan. This is the legal age requirement for any loan, and you'll find that you can't get credit cards, mortgages and other forms of loan before you are 18 years old.
What type of bank account do I need?
You need to have at least a basic checking account in order to get a loan. This is so the lenders can offer a fast and efficient process where the funds are deposited in as fast as 24 hours and repayments can be automatically taken.
How much can I borrow?
You are allowed to borrow up to $5,000, even if you're a first-time customer. The amount offered will be based on factors such as income, financial history, the amount you want to borrow and the period of time that you wish to pay it back. If you want to borrow a large amount of money but none of our lenders believe that you have the means to pay it back, you may be offered a smaller amount.
Can I pay the money back before it is due?
Some lenders may offer early repayment. This will be noted in your loan agreement and you can always contact them to confirm. While paying early will save you in interest there may still be a fee.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment or you know that you're going to have to make a late payment, it's important that you contact the lender as soon as possible. They will be able to discuss the options with you, and may even be able to extend the date to make it easier for you. You still however be subject to late fees.
Are there any hidden fees?
You can rest assured that our lenders do not have any hidden fees and charges which you won't know about before taking out the loan. All the charges and fees which associated with the loan will be stated in the loan agreement which you will be able to read before you agree to take out the loan. It's very important that you read through the loan agreement properly in order to make yourself aware of all the charges which you might face.
What can I borrow the money for?
You can take out a loan for anything that you need. Whether this is for a new start-up business, your dream wedding or to buy new office supplies, we won't ask what you're borrowing the money for and you don't need to tell us. The online form will not ask for you to state this, and the lender won't ask you any questions either. However we strongly advise not taking out a loan to cover other debt, as this will just deepen the problem.
How much do I need to pay monthly?
Information such as the payment schedule and Interest APR is between you and the lender, and it should all be included in the loan agreement which you will receive before agreeing to take out the loan. If you have any specific questions about your loan, you should get in touch directly with the lender you have been matched with.
